Designed for foxhunters and riders of all disciplines, the equestrian community of Tod's Hill presented a new opportunity in the horse-obsessed playground of Aiken, South Carolina. Unlike other equestrian communities far from Aiken's charming downtown, Tod's Hill is just minutes from the cafes, boutiques and other lures of Laurens Street. A website, national print ads and an online campaign were created to inform equestrians that it was finally possible to own property for long rides, yet still have a short drive into town.

Equestrian neighborhoods are similar to golf communities - buyers don't necessarily participate in the sport, but they enjoy the privacy and the views. Armed with this knowledge, additional magazine and online ads were created for the non-equestrian market.
